Its an easy way to do Firefox backup, Thunderbird backup. It allows you to backup and restore bookmarks, mail, contacts, history, extensions, cache etc. Alternatively, if you do wish to do things manually with the Bravura software, it should be possible by using the “Drag and Drop Files” transfer method.
